Description:
Narcotic control sets are used to meet strict regulations regarding the receipt and disbursement of controlled substances; they typically consist of a pharmacy receipt, charge ticket and journal. These 8-1/2" x 11" shingled BF-150-25 narcotic control sets (green / white / canary) are blank (no pre-listed drugs) and numbered for security. They include 25 numbered pharmacy charge tickets, and have a 3 hole punch on the left to allow the forms to be secured inside a 3 ring notebook, black ink, 100 per Box (25 in each inner box). Ideal in medical facilities such as hospitals, clinics, urgent care, and rehabilitation centers, narcotic control sets are frequently used for floor stocked narcotics where dosage amounts are administered on an "as needed" basis. Each form is used for only one drug which may be preprinted or filled in.
