11pt letter size manila 1/3 cut top tab folders with fasteners in position #1 & #3 are made from a papercut and water resistant WaterShed/Cutless paper. This specialty 11pt manila stock provides added protection against spills damaging the file folder, and reduces the likelihood of papercuts. There are 2" capacity fasteners in positions #1 and #3. These folders are sold 50 per box.
